In this blog, I will focus on Step 2, how to setup your system, service provider and people dependencies on the Elements.cloud Business Analysis app.

Four Part Process Definition
There are four parts to the process definition in your Standard Operating Model:
1. What to do? The action that needs to be taken.
2. When does it happen? The trigger that kicks off the activity.
3. Who does it? The resources used to complete the activity.
4. What gets produced? The expected business output.
This blog is about the resources, who does it?
The four part process is designed to get everyone on the same page.
Everything that your fund does during its operating life-cycle can be stated using this four part process definition.
